Called to get a second opinion after getting an $2000 estimate from another company. They were able to identify the problem. Which turned out to be something else entirely. It wasn’t a cheap fix but they did save me $1000. Had I went with the other company, it would not have fixed the problem and it would have cost me even more. They did a great job!!

The hottest day yesterday and my cool air stopped. Called and Chris came out the same day. He was booked so came out in the evening. Did his repair and left so fast and my houses cooling again!!! We are signing a contract for regular maintenance with them too! Chris is really nice guy and very knowledgeable! We will use only these guys!
I have been in my house for 3 days In 90° weather without AC and have been trying to call many different HVAC companies to help me figure out which type of part I needed to get to fix it and none of them could answer the phones or have the time to help. But I decided to call PHI Heat & Air and Chris answered right away and gave great customer service to help me figure out which type of blower motor I needed to get my AC running again. These guys were at my neighbors house and I arranged for the technician to come to my house as soon as he was done. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order and at a reasonable price. Thanks for the prompt response.
